During this session we sit in silent meditation for half an hour, take a short break and then discuss a dharma topic related to a chosen reading. Topics range from how to practice compassion towards all living beings in everyday situations to what is the nature of the mind. All are welcome regardless of background and experience levels. The readings discussed are read together during the session. This is great for those looking to make a connection with the world and find meaning in their life experiences.
